At Nischith Delicacies, we prioritize your well-being and satisfaction above all else! Our team works tirelessly to impress you with our offerings and ensure you feel valued.

Understanding that taste is subjective, if you're unhappy with our products for any reason, please reach out to us at wecare@nischith.store to share your feedback openly.

We're happy to provide a full refund for any regular-priced (non-discounted) product that remains unopened, unused, and is returned within 15 days of purchase. Just contact us at wecare@nischith.store  and send the products back to our address.

Please note that if we arrange for the product pickup, actual postage charges will apply and be deducted from your refund. Refunds are not available for opened products.

Once a product is opened, it cannot be repackaged or resold due to hygiene concerns. Consequently, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for opened or used products. In rare instances, store credits equivalent to the value of unopened and unused products may be issued.

Nischith Delicacies cannot be held responsible for any damages occurring after delivery. Please allow one to three weeks from the date of your return for us to process your request. Refunds will be initiated after a quality inspection of the returned products.

Any claims regarding shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery along with an unboxing video sent via email to wecare@nischith.store or by calling +91 99728 01234. Providing an unboxing video is crucial for asserting transit-related claims of shortages or damages.

 

Cancel before dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order before it's dispatched, please get in touch with our customer support team at wecase@nischith.store or reach out to us via phone or Whatsapp at +91 99728 01234. Our team is available to assist you on weekdays from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Upon receiving your cancellation request prior to shipment, we will promptly cancel your order and initiate the refund process. You can expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days after the cancellation request has been processed.

Cancel after dispatch

If you decide to cancel your order after it has been shipped or returned upon delivery, we will begin the refund or replacement process once we have confirmed its eligibility. This involves receiving the products, verifying them, and conducting a quality inspection at our end.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Nischith Delicacies offers refunds or replacements based on company guidelines. To request a return or exchange within 72 hours of delivery, provide an unboxing video.

Eligibility Criteria:

If the product spoils due to its natural nature (a rare occurrence) or if it gets damaged in transit (though unlikely due to our quality packaging), an unboxing video is required to claim shortages or transit damage.

Steps to obtain a Refund or Replacement:

1.       Contact Customer Support within 72 hours of receiving your order at wecare@nischith.store or +91 99728 01234.

2.       Provide Order details, reason for refund or replacement, and attach an unboxing video and invoice.

3.       If necessary, we shall arrange return pick-up. Refund or replacement is available only if products meet eligibility.

4.       Replacement subject to stock availability; else, full refund shall be issued.

5.       Claims require photographic or videographic evidence.

6.       Refunds for damaged items only, not entire order (e.g., faulty pack in combo).

Returns not accepted under these conditions:

1.       Product damage due to misuse.

2.       Return without original packaging, including price tags, labels, freebies, and accessories, or if original packaging is damaged.

3.       Tampered serial number.

4.       Broken seals, product usage, or if already opened.

5.       Request initiated after 72 hours of order delivery.
