How to prepare
Step 1: Take 1 cup of Nischith Delicacies Pongal mix in a pressure cooker. To this add 3 1/2 cups of water.
Step 2: Pressure cook for 4 whistles. Cool to room temperature (for 10 t 12 min). Remove the lid and mix it with 1 tbsp of Ghee.
(Optional), pan fry few cachews in ghee till it turns golden brown and mix with pongal.
Step 3: Tasty pongal is ready.
This can be served with Nischith Delicacies Instant Coconut / Peanut chutney.
This ration makes about 1Kg of pongal, which serves 1 to 2 people.
