Step 1: Take 500ml (approx 3 1/4 tea cups) of boiling water in a pan. Add the entire pack of Nischith Delicacies Instant Upma Mix and 2tbsp of ghee or oil. Stir well.
Step 2: Cook for 3 minutes, Stir occasionally. Serve hot.
Step 3: Optionally add fresh coriander leaves, Par-bolled peas, cut beans, carrot, grated coconut and fried groundnuts.
Microwave Recipe:
Step 1: Take 500ml (approx 3 1/4 cups) of boiling water in a microwave safe bowl. Add the entire pack of Nischith Delicacies Instant Upma Mix and 2 tbsp ghee or oil. Stir well.
Step 2: Put it into microwave oven for 3min. Serve hot.
